The product must be unused, unbroken, and unburned (in case they are electrical parts). If a product is returned to us breaching the above-mentioned conditions, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
The product must include the original tags, user manuals, and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. It must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's box.
The product must be returned within 2 days after delivery. Our team will analyze the product condition and if the product meets the above-mentioned terms and conditions then the payment will be transferred to the customer via account transfer. This whole process may take 5 to 8 working days.
